What are My Office Hours?

Hours are by appointment only Monday through Friday. 

Does My Office Accept Insurance?

For a variety of reasons, including those involving patient confidentiality, my office does not accept insurance as direct payment. Upon request, any client can request statements of services to submit to their own insurance providers for reimbursement. Clients are responsible for determining the extent of their own insurance coverage for behavioral health and pre-certification requirements. Payments for services are due at the time of service.

What Forms of Payment Are Accepted ?

My office accepts payment by cash, check, Visa, American Express, Mastercard, or Discover. 

What Is My Cancellation Policy?

In order to avoid being charged, a three business day notice is required for cancellation of a scheduled appointment.
